If you have started your C3 Micro-Cloud but after a few minutes you can't see the WiFi network using a laptop, a cell phone or a tablet, there are a few things that you can do to troubleshoot the issue:
- Connect a Monitor and Keyboard to the C3 Micro-Cloud. This will allow you to see the Kiosk mode, which will present you the C3 interface.
- If you have previously disabled the Kiosk Mode from the C3 configuration interface, you might see a console welcoming you to the C3 Micro Cloud, with a login prompt.
- If you have never disabled the Kiosk mode and when you are accessing the C3 interface you see a white interface or an interface stating that the C3 services are restarting, then press CTRL+R to reload the page so that you can see the regular interface.
- If you get access to the regular C3 interface, access it with your configured username and password. By default the username is c3 and the password is root. If you have changed the password use your configured password.
- Go to the C3 configuration, to the Wireless configuration page. Check that the WiFi is enabled. Also check the Wi-Fi Name to see if you are trying to access the correct SSID.
- If for some reason the WiFi is disabled and after trying to enable it it continues to stay disabled, please send a ticket to the support email.
If after connecting to the C3, you can't see the kiosk mode and instead you see a console stating that your disk has inconsistency issues you can do the following steps (pay attention to the spaces in the commands):
- fsck /dev/sda2
- reboot
After this your C3 should boot correctly.
